Sommet de L’Elevage is the leading European forum for livestock professionals and is one of the largest international trade shows specializing in livestock production. Located in the heart of the Masif Central region, the European cradle of the beef breeding industry, SOMMET provides an exceptional showcase for the French livestock industry, exhibiting over 1,900 livestock animals of high genetic value. There are also a number of tours available to farms and agribusiness technical centres, as well as key presentations on French genetic material for both cattle and sheep breeds.

Itinerary

Day 1 - St Nectaire
Fly from Dublin to Lyon and transfer to your hotel in St Nectaire, an authentic French village located in the heart of Auvergne. Enjoy a stroll around this pretty town or enjoy the hotel's amenities including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and piano bar.

Day 2 - Sommet de l'Elevage
Full day visit to Sommet de l'Elevage in Clermont-Ferrand, the leading European forum for livestock professionals. Please note 2 days entrance to Sommet de l'Elevage is included in the tour price.

Day 3 - Sommet de l'Elevage
Full day visit to Sommet de l'Elevage in Clermont-Ferrand, the leading European forum for livestock professionals. Please note 2 days entrance to Sommet de l'Elevage is included in the tour price.

Day 4 - Rodez
Free morning to enjoy at leisure before your return flight to Dublin in the afternoon from historic Rodez.

Booking Information:

Airport taxes and service charges of €111 are included.
Price is exclusive of baggage check-in fee for 1 standard piece of luggage per person. Additional charge of €30.
Single supplement: €115 per person for tour.
Optional insurance: €18 (conditions apply).
A non-refundable / non transferable deposit of €250 per person is required at
time of booking (by laser, cheque or credit card).
Balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure.
A minimum number of 25 persons must book on this tour for it to proceed.
